Struck using a revolutionary minting process to create ultra high relief images, the relief on each 99.9% pure silver commemorative is more than 10 times as high as the beloved Morgan Silver Dollar!

Each of the limited-edition commemoratives in this historic collection is a unique sculptural work of art that is designed, crafted and struck in the United States in one full troy ounce of pure silver — the same large size and hefty silver weight as an American Eagle Silver Dollar. But unlike even the finest U.S. coins and the most treasured commemoratives, the meticulous multi-step minting technique produces a sculptural design that rises high above the surface in three-dimensional proof-like brilliance. To make these spectacular commemoratives, the dies are prepared in a process that takes more than three times as long as a typical coin die. Then, the multi-faceted design of each celebrated American animal is built from hundreds of individual silver polygons and is polished so that each facet sparkles and shines. Even the U.S. Mint’s highest quality proof coins are typically only struck two or three times…but these commemoratives are struck a minimum of five times, producing designs that tower in height compared to an ordinary silver coin or commemorative.

The high relief silver commemoratives in this collection are presented in crystal-clear holders that allow for the safe inspection of the history-making designs. Each commemorative comes with an official Certificate of Authenticity, verifying its silver content and strict edition limit. In addition, the collection comes with a FREE wooden display case that provides custom storage for all 10 silver commemoratives. Commemoratives will be shipped at the rate of one every other month. The free display will be sent separately at about the same time as the second commemorative shipment.
